Frequently asked questions

We accept the taxi cheques issued by the City of Mechelen. These can only be used
for rides in Mechelen and its boroughs.

Of course, we at Amys are of the principle that everyone has a right to transport. We assume
availability of our taxis, so early booking is always recommended.

Of course! For every wheelchair user, 1 person may ride along for free. We even encourage this
so that the wheelchair user can be helped further (if necessary).

Of course! We make every effort to have the agreement between Amys taxi and the budget holder
as soon as possible. From then on, feel free to ride with us and add it to your
budget.

Most airports have expensive parking fees, including for taxis of course. If we drop you off at
the airport, we do not have to pay this. When picking you up, however, we are obliged to park here
and depending on the waiting time of transit, luggage and any customs checks, these add up.
